Happy Monday:)

Here is your fitness fact for this week: to obtain a flat stomach, you not only need to do ab exercises but also incorporate cardio into your workout routine.


It's not always easy to motivate yourself to get on the treadmill and run or climb endless stairs on the stair stepper but by keeping a goal in mind (spring break!!!) it will help incentivize you to keep going!
