If you are the type of person who really likes milk, it might be time to switch over to a healthier option and try ALMOND MILK!
Almond milk has half the amount of calories than cow's milk, but twice the amount of calcium (great for healthy bones!).
It is also super rich in Vitamin E, which is really good for your skin and eyes, it is very low in fat, and honestly, it tastes pretty good too!
Another benefit is that the ingredients are very simple. It's pretty much just water and almonds, so you don't have to worry about the extra hormones and preservatives that go into cows milk.
