In order to maximize muscle gain, eat protein 30 minutes after working out.
It is extremely important to nourish your body after putting it through a difficult workout. Protein comes in all sorts of forms too. Whether you go home and make yourself a lean chicken breast or grab shake smart on your way out of the gym, make sure you are giving your body the nutrients it needs to help you excel through each day
