Life is wild! 
There always seems to be something going on. A lot of the time it's hard to find a moment to yourself, let alone an hour to do a workout. 

Working out is so much more than losing weight. In general, it's just better for your overall health to stay active, even if this means just doing about 15 minutes of working out a day. Doing something is always better than doing nothing.

Here are some quick 7-15 minute workouts that can be done at home! I usually do these if I do not have the time but want to get my blood flowing and my body moving.

It really doesn't matter what you do, a 10 minute walk around the neighborhood or your kitchen will suffice! As long as your getting your muscles moving, your blood pumping, and your heart beating. 

You body is your home so make good decisions and treat it right!
